At Solar Flames, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at solar.flames@topchoicelab.store with your order number and the reason for your request. All returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused
- be in its original condition
- be in its original packaging
- include all parts and accessories received with the order

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- pre-ordered items
- used items
- items not in their original condition
- items returned without prior approval from our support team

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos showing the product and the packaging label

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- a free replacement
- a full refund
- another appropriate resolution depending on the case

Late Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in our shipping policy, please contact us. We will review the shipment status and provide an appropriate solution based on the situation.

Change of Mind

If you no longer want the item or ordered it by mistake, you may request a return within the return window. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is approved, the item must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. We do not accept returns sent without authorization.

Return Process

1. Contact us at solar.flames@topchoicelab.store within 14 days of delivery.
2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Send the item to the return address provided by our support team.
5. Share the return tracking number with us after shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Important Notes

- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
